I choose a more relaxed approach to Spring Break this year. Took some time to adventure around Chicago along with a few of my friends and my Fuji X100s, which I felt I hadn't gotten a chance to use in quite some time. It's a little more freeing not having to lug around a large DSLR and variety of lenses.
More or less on a whim I decide to head to Chicago for the weekend to visit some friends. The city is always an amazing time, already looking forward to getting back.
Last Spring, a Purdue student was shot and killed on campus. Today marks that it has been a year since the tragedy. At noon, a moment of silence was held in memory of Andrew Boldt. It was amazing to see how the Purdue community pulled together in support of one another, after suffering such hardship.
